I’m Jennifer, a Health Coach and facilitator of embodied practices including yoga, sound healing, meditation, and Reiki. With over 19 years of experience as a registered nurse and the ongoing journey of motherhood, I bring a whole person approach to wellness — supporting the body, mind, and nervous system together.
